Wine and food producers from Portugal are welcoming buyers of food retailers, delicatessen shops, distributors, importers, restaurants and wine bars and food journalists to an interactive cooking show of their products on 28th June.

It gains popularity for its combination of Mediterranean tradition with products from the Ocean, spices and herbs from all over the world. Portugal has one of the richest food cultures and boasts local products of unparalleled quality based on centuries of tradition and craft.
If you are on food sector looking for something new to serve your clients, you are invited to apply to attend the Cooking Show, that offers the chance to discover unique olives and olive oil, cheeses, sausages, cured hams, wines, sweets and jellies, to name but a few.
The 90min cooking show will be hosted by a Portuguese chef and will focus on how to use the products that Portugal offers. Places are limited and will be allocated according to relevance.

- Receive your samples and tune into the cooking show to be held on 28th June at 11am;
